2. Personal Site Visit & Walkthrough
We love meeting our clients in person at their home to make a connection and build a solid foundation. Building lasting relationships with our clients is at the heart of everything we do. Our designers build on the ideas discussed in the initial consultation with the goal of gaining a deep understanding of your ultimate vision when standing in your physical space. We complete a walkthrough of the property, review existing conditions and features, and take an inventory of plants if required.
3. Design Concept Review
Our design team will present the initial custom design concept for your project. We take this opportunity to discuss your feedback that will be incorporated into the final design. After this meeting, we build out the final design including detailed plant lists, specific landscape details, features, and materials. To ensure your vision is brought to life, we create concept illustrations including sketches, design renderings, and construction drawings.
4. Design Plan Reveal
Our designers are extremely excited to reveal your final landscape design package that incorporates your personal details and functional design.
5. Coordination, Planning & Project Estimate
After finalizing your design plans, our team begins to coordinate and schedule every element of your project. At this time, you can expect to review and approve the project estimate. We also offer technical landscape plans, hand-drawn sketches, simple renderings and construction drawings, and a proposed ‘before and after’ of your space.
